1. Select the model and cavity type according to material hardness, feed size, desired output size and capacity.
2. Strictly control the uniformity of feeding to avoid partial load.
3. Regularly check the wear of liners and replace them in a timely manner. Monitor the cleanliness and temperature of hydraulic oil.
4. Equip with an iron remover to reduce the frequency of tramp iron passing and protect liners and hydraulic cylinders.
