Working Principle of Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher

1. The motor drives the pinion and gear wheel via a belt or coupling, rotating the eccentric sleeve.

2. The eccentric sleeve drives the mantle to gyrate, causing periodic changes in the clearance between the mantle and the bowl liner.

3. Materials enter the crushing chamber and are continuously squeezed and crushed by interparticle breakage; the finished product is discharged from the discharge opening.

4. When unbreakable materials (such as iron pieces) enter, the bottom hydraulic cylinder quickly lifts the mantle to automatically discharge the tramp iron and then resets. The hydraulic cylinder is also responsible for accurately adjusting the discharge opening size and clearing the chamber during shutdown.
