Jaw Crusher Introduction:

A jaw crusher, also known as a jaw breaker, is a popular stone crushing equipment mainly used for coarse, medium, and fine crushing of various materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa (such as common granite, basalt, pebbles, limestone, etc.). It features a large crushing ratio, high output, uniform product particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, low operating costs, and wide applicability. This jaw crusher is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and other industries.

Jaw Crusher Working Principle:

The three-phase asynchronous motor of the jaw crusher drives the rotor eccentric shaft to rotate at a specified speed via a V-belt. The moving jaw head, suspended on the eccentric shaft, is pushed eccentrically by the eccentric shaft and supported by the lower shaft plate, causing the moving jaw plate to move along a certain trajectory, performing compression and shearing motion relative to the fixed jaw plate, thereby achieving material crushing. Materials smaller than the discharge opening are discharged from the discharge opening under their own weight. The near-circular motion trajectory of the upper part of the moving jaw plate facilitates the crushing of large materials, while the elongated elliptical motion trajectory of the lower part results in higher output and more uniform particle size. When uncrushable materials enter the crushing chamber, causing a sudden increase in load, the toggle plate protects other machine components from damage through its own fracture mechanism.

Jaw Crusher Performance Characteristics:

1. High crushing ratio and uniform product particle size;

2. Adjustable discharge opening size, convenient adjustment, and a wide adjustment range to meet different users' material crushing needs;

3. Simple and reasonable structure, reliable operation, and low operating costs;

4. Overload protection and convenient maintenance and debugging;

5. Low dust and low noise;

6. Jaw plates made of high-quality, wear-resistant, and long-lasting material, and can be reversed and reused four times;

7. Forged eccentric shaft that has undergone tempering and heat treatment;

8. Advanced side guard plate bolt fixing system for easy maintenance;

9. Wedge-positioned fixed jaw plates;
