The vibrating feeder consists of a vibrating frame, springs, a vibrator, a vibrating motor, and a motor. The vibrator comprises two fixed eccentric shafts meshed by gears. During installation, the two eccentric shafts must be meshed according to the indicated markings. The motor drives the two eccentric shafts to rotate, generating significant linear force that vibrates the feeder. Under the action of vibration, the material slides on the hopper and moves forward. When the material passes through the screening section, smaller particles fall off, preventing further crushing and thus achieving the purpose of screening.
